Wadiballoons (hereinafter, "the Company") provides engineering, manufacturing, and marketing services for industrial inflatable structures, pressurized domes, and temporary hangars for corporate and agro-industrial use. The products are described in detailed technical datasheets available on the site. Access to customized quotes requires corporate registration.
The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information during the quote request process. Use of the site for purposes other than evaluating and acquiring industrial inflatable structures is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet applicable technical or legal requirements.
All content on the site, including technical descriptions, plans, photographs, and specifications, is the property of Wadiballoons. Total or partial reproduction without written authorization is prohibited. The trademarks and trade names used are registered.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from improper use of the structures, failure to comply with assembly instructions, or extreme weather conditions not covered by certifications. Warranties are limited to manufacturing defects and are governed by the specific conditions of each contract.
Orders are formalized through a written contract. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on material availability. The Company reserves the right to modify technical specifications without prior notice, provided they do not affect the essential functionality of the product.
The user may request the deactivation of their corporate account through written communication. The Company may suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms or fraudulent use of the site. Termination does not affect existing contractual obligations.
These terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be notified via a notice on the site. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.
